• It has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen size beds and with individual T&B. 
• It has a living and dining area, powder room, kitchen, lanai and a 3x3 meters plunge pool.   
• No grilling facility is provided.

For any special events, you need to book all the units for a minimum of 2 nights.

• Cabin 1 P13,500 (4 pax)
• Cabin 2 P13,500 (4 pax)
• Villa P20,000 (10 pax)
• Upper deck P25,000 (10 pax)
• Lower deck P30,000 (10 pax)

P102K per night is good for P38 pax. Total of P204K for 2 nights.

Venue Rental (Open Area)

• P100K - maximum of 200 guests only. Additional charges may apply in excess of 200 pax.

Food Corkage

• If an outside caterer will be used, corkage is P30,000 for a maximum of 200 guests also.

Electrical Use

• The charge for electrical use is P2,000 per supplier.
