This deposit cannot be used for incidentals like food or rentals.
Our staff will inspect the unit and its contents upon your check-out. You are encouraged to be present during the inspection.
You will receive the full deposit (minus any repair costs) within 3 days, unless further evaluation of damage is needed.
If the deposit doesn't cover the damage cost, you are responsible for the remaining amount.
